Are oil company CEO's Inept or just Greedy?

Can a CEO be this stupid? How did they f*ck up this badly. Why would any company making 12 billion in one quarter see any ineptness in that? I'd go with greedy. They conspired to eliminate most competition through mergers & acquisitions. And now we have little choice but to pay their price. No matter that they are enriching themselves at our expense.

If we handed out the line the oil companies do to justify what they claim they are justify for doing, the average person would be fired--period!
